Position: Sales Executive (INBOUND ONLY)
Department: Online Sales and Marketing Department
Report to: Director of sales and marketing
SUMMURY
1. The main job of this position is to handle with the customer requests in order to bring the best travel experience to customers and get the best profit and revenue.
2. Searching and developing sales channels for tourism products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Respond to customer request with all necessary information and close the deal with payment
2. Collect payment and hand over to the accountant
3. Organize and operate the trip to customer included booking transportation and accommodations, as well as organizing tours and activities.
4. Follow up to make sure customers are happy with our service and recommend us to their friend and on internet.
5. Support and co-operate with other members and departments
6. Follow up the department SOP and regulations
7. Follow up the orders of Director of sales and company director
8. Responsible for all payment from the customers
9. Responsible for the lost amount of a deal in case of your mistakes
10. Responsible for the customer’s satisfaction
11. Responsible for the customer’s satisfaction.

1.1: English skill: Writing, speaking skill
1.2: Email writing skill and phone and verbal listening skill
1.3: Negotiating skill with customer, with suppliers…
1.4: Computer and internet skill
1.5: Time management skill
1.6 Team working skill
2. Education
To enter the role of a sales executive, University graduate certification is needed. Studying areas such as Tourism, Travel, Hotel Management, Hospitality, marketing and business management are also helpful. Prefer FOT of Hanoi Open University
3. Other requirements:
3.1 Ability to work under the pressure of sales target
3.2 Customer oriented attitude
3.3 Be careful and pay attention to the details
3.4 Be available with customer 24/7
3.5 Be ready to travel widely and in a long period
3.6 Prefer people with at least 6 months working in the tourism industry
3.7 Travelled to Halong, Sapa, Ha Giang, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang, HCMC and Overseas (the more the better)
