Day 1: Hanoi - airport pick up - Check in hotel (Meal: No)
Pick up the airport and then transfer you to the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter – the most exciting place for tourist. After that you are free to visit Hanoi City by yourself.
Day 2: Hanoi - Halong Bay day tour (Meal: B,L)

Day 3: Hanoi – Street food tour – Overnight train to Da Nang (Meal: B,L)
At 11.00, our tour guide will welcome you at your hotel lobby, then start walking around 4Km in old quarter "36 old streets" to visit some famous and specialized- food families or stalls/ local restaurants, shops where they run their business everyday, certainly you will watch and taste around 6- 8 particular dishes, we can customize vegetarian or special food too.
Special thing that tour guide would like to introduce some popular authentic food in lovely mini restaurants (not luxury restaurants) where you feel comfortable to sit down and enjoy some favorite dishes and nice drinks too.
It's interesting to hear from tour guide about the history of the old quarter in Hanoi, it is thousand years old and today retains much of the old flavor that made the area special in earlier times, each street was the exclusive domain of one trade (guilds) so there are whole streets of blacksmiths, silver shops, paper shops, headstone makers and more. Originally there were just 36 old streets in the old quarter but today there are more than 50 streets.
It is very difficult to find some local food stalls and mini restaurants on your own in hidden alleys and sidewalks, certainly the best way to make it easy is joining with Go Asia Travel, taking part in this special tour to learn about Vietnamese cuisine, culture, people and language.

Day 4: Arrive in Da Nang – Transfer to Hoi An (Meal: No)
Arrive in Da Nang, our driver would pick you up then transfer you to Hoi An. Check in the hotel and then you are free in the town.
Day 5: Hoi An – Tra Que village biking and cooking class (Meal: B,L)
08.00 Pick-up from hotel and start biking tour to Tra Que Village
You will cycle to a local farm in Tra Que village. A short stroll will take you around the vegetable garden and then you can join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. following steps are raking the ground, sowing, watering, picking vegetables and many other gardening activities. after all these activities, you will take a short rest and enjoy foot bath before getting to preparing lunch with a local family.
Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies including 'Tam Huu' spring roll, Banh Xeo or local pancake of people in Vietnam middle region. you can join the cooking with the chef on these meals. After your morning excursions and your lunch, you will take a Vietnamese traditional post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables.

Day 6: My Son tour (Meal: B,L)
7:45 – 8:30: The bus and tour guide pick you up at your hotel
8:30 : Leaving Hoi An for My Son HolyLand.
9:30: Arriving in My Son – the Holyland surrounded by the marvelous mountains, 48km west of Hoi An. My Son was chosen as a religious center, built in the late 4th century under the Cham’s King Bhadravaman. It is a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures. Wander through the elaborate carvings and sculptures of the Cham people, tourists are welcomed at the Old Tower of the Cham.
Spend 2 hours to enjoy and discover the beauty of ancient buildings at of the Champa Kingdom with our tour guide.
12.00: Leaving My Son for Cau Lau boat station and taking a boat trip on Thu Bon river. You could visit the living of the local people and feeling the fresh air. You will have soft lunch on the boat and see the beautiful views along the river
13:30: The boat trip will finish at Bach Dang Boat station. Our driver will pick you up to local restaurant for lunch. Back to your hotel after lunch & End your trip!
Day 7: Check out – fly to Ho Chi Minh – check in hotel (Meal: B)
Today you are free in Hoi An Town till our driver come to pick you up for the transfer to Da Nang for the flight to Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 8: HCM – street food tour by motorbike (Meal: B,L)
7:30 AM, your personal English speaking guide will greet and meet you at your hotel or any specific place. You will then receive safety instructions on how to ride on the back of a bike properly in order to ensure the safest experience. Then, you will soon whisk away on the back of their bikes with no problem at all to have breakfast totally in Vietnamese style.
After breakfast, let’s walk around a local wet market (not Ben thanh market) where locals come every day to shop is an eye opening and exciting experience. Our guides can also help you to negotiate to get the best prices and you would learn some basic Vietnamese to try trading, bargaining in Vietnamese style with the vendors. You also will try some kinds of fruit and drink coconut water in this local market.
Then, we will take you in the must-see landmarks while getting you off the crowded tourist trail. Take a peek at the history, the streets and the sights that most foreign tourists never even hear about or see on their way.
Enough for the chaos, we now will try the most famous drink in Vietnam in old hidden apartment: Vietnamese coffee and learn how to make a glass of coffee with Vietnamese filter, not a machine. It is so good and that is why it has its place in everyone's bucket list when coming to Vietnam.
Lastly, it's probably late at this time. It's time for us to have lunch together. We will take you to have some Saigon delicacy such as Com tam (broken rice) or Bun Bo (Beef noodle soup). Sound good, right?
11:30 AM, after having lunch, we will take you back to your hotel, probably you may need some rest for another plan of yours and we hope you will have a good experience in Vietnam.
Day 9: Mekong Delta tour (Meal: B,L)
7:30 – 8:00 Picking up from hotel
Starting drive to Cai Be. Short time to take photos at Tan An town over the flat rice fields.
10:30 Start the motorized boat to visit the Cai Be Floating market, experience how people
exchanging goods, fruit and many other commodities on their vessels. Visitors then roam into the small villages to visit the orchard, fruit plantation. Keep cruising to Vinh Long through small canals to enjoy the charm of the Upper Mekong Delta. Visit some handmade family business products such as the coconut candy mill, the crispy rice popcorn.
Arrive in Binh Hoa Phuoc village the green pearl of Vinh Long town where you can indulge yourself into the nature.
Have lunch with fresh river food served in the heart of the garden. Enjoy the southern Vietnamese traditional folk music. Take a nice walk through the bonsai garden, in Vinh Long. Head home to Ho Chi Minh City.
18:30 Arrive in your hotel.
Day 10: Check out – Pick up to airport – Departure (Meal: B)
Today you are free until our driver come to pick you up and transfer you to the airport for your flight.
