I spent 9 days in Vietnam in December 2015 and two days in January 2016. Vietnam was my 49th country to visit. I have to honestly say that the tour that Go Asia Travel, specifically Mrs. Nancy, organized was one of the best, if not the best I have ever done. I was very impressed with pretty much everything, especially the organization. Mrs. Nancy has always been prompt with answering my e-mails, getting the visa approval letter and she checked (called my hotel room) several time during my trip to ask me whether everything was ok with the hotel room, tours, etc. The tours were very well run and organized. The guides asked whether people on the tours had any specific dietary preferences to make sure food was prepared accordingly. This was important to me since I have been a vegetarian for more than 30 years. Everyone I dealt with, whether from Go Asia Travel, hotel staff and/or people on the streets, were extremely polite, kind and warm. Vietnam is definitely a super destination for travelers. In fact, I am seriously considering returning there this coming summer. I would like to go to Sapa. Sapa is a region where the Vietnamese grow rice. When I was there this past time, it was not a rice season. Yet, the place was gorgeous. Thus, I would like to see it one more time in full rice growing season. On the last day of my trip, as I was leaving to the airport, everybody, the front door person, the front desk staff, etc. went outside to say goodbye (this only happened to me in South Africa, prior to visit Vietnam). Each of them asked me whether I will every return to Vietnam.
