A fantastic 10 days!!! From start to finish Go Asia Travel were very professional, helpful and friendly. We travelled from Hanoi to Hoi An and finished in Ho Chi Minh city. We were so impressed with the quality of the day tours provided and the hotels we stayed in. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend using them!

We did the 14 day trip with Go Asia. It included Hanoi, Sapa, Ho Chi Minh, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Cu Chi tunnels and My Son. Due to bad weather we couldn't do the overnight cruise but Go Asia quickly rearranged an alternative and we got to go the following day. The hotels were very nice and we were very well looked after. Booked a 10 day tour with this agency last year and they exceeded all expectations. Price was right, communication was just ok. But as far as accommodation and transfers were concerned they were awesome. Always someone to meet us at airports etc, standard of accommodation was really good, value for money was excellent. A great tour with Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi Ann and Saigon all included. A good variety of tours was experienced, not to mention the experience of the overnight sleeper train. Pity the communication from Miss Lee was a bit lacking in the lead up to the trip, giving us a few worries prior to arriving but we needn't have worried as everything was organised to the last detail. I certainly wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone and would happily book with them again. Visited July 2015

We purchased a Grab One deal with some trepidation but can't praise them highly enough. We did a 14 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. Anthony Tran was very professional and responded to all our emails very promptly. All our connections, transfers and tours were well organised and on time. Is is so lovely to step off a plane, boat, bus etc and have someone waiting with a board with your name on it - just waiting to whisk you away. We re-arranged some parts of our tour whilst we were there and Anthony handled everything for us so quickly and efficiently, even delivered our flight tickets to the hotel personally , then took us out for coffee. My husband and I recently completed a 14 night tour from North to South Vietnam organised by Ms Nga from Go Asia Travel. The tour was faultless from start to finish, making our first trip to Vietnam a fun and memorable one. The trip was well organised and the 3 star accommodation selected was of a very good standard and located in great central proximity to shops, restaurants, activities etc. The day trips were well planned and punctual with fun and informative guides. Sonny and Thang you guys were just great! A special thank you to Ms Nga from Go Asia Travel who went to lots of trouble to schedule other plans for us, when wet weather interrupted an overnight visit to Ha Long Bay. - The alternative arrangements made to Ha Long on land were just as spectacular and we loved the 6km canoe ride, its limestone caves and bike ride. - A sensational day! Extra effort to take us to Ha Long Bay the following day was much appreciated also. I fully recommend Go Asia Travel to anyone wanting to tour parts of Asia. This was our first trip to Vietnam, and we decided to book an 11 day - 10 night organised trip from North to middle to South Vietnam with Go Asia Travel. Everything went perfect, the trip well organised, very helpful guides, nothing for us to worry about. The total cost included trips to and from the airports, the hotels, lots of meals, (and for those meals that were not included, we found lots of eateries with very nice food near the hotels), and the excursions to Halong Bay, My Son, Mekong Delta, Cu Chi Tunnels etc. We decided to fly from Ha Noi to Hoi An and enjoyed another day at Hoi An, this is a beautiful old town and we were glad we had an extra day there. Even though everything was organised, we didn't feel like we were rushed through things, on day trips they would pick you up from your hotel, do the trip, and drop you back for you to enjoy the evening at your leisure. We upgraded to 4 star hotels, and the resort in Hoi An was fabulous (Vinh Hung Riverside Resort), thank you. We were very happy, and are likely to book our next Vietnam trip with Go Asia Travel also. My wife and I recently did a 10 day Vietnam tour from Hanoi to ho chi min city organised by Go Asia and it is the first time in 40 years of traveling that I have done an organised tour. After the normal formalities such as itinery and dates etc with Mr Anthony Tran from Hanoi he organised my visa application to be collected at the airport and had a car waiting to take us to our 3 star hotel that in Aus would rate 4.5 star. From the time we landed to the end of the tour where they took us by private car to the airport to continue our own journey I can honestly say that there was not any occasion or venture that was not meticulously timed and the guides used were fantastic in their English, knowledge and humour, they really are trained to service the tourist industry. We did a 14 day tour . All above our expectations. We were meet at the airport at each destiation with a smile with someone holding our name up . Felt like we giving VIP treatment the whole tour . Always on time picking us up from hotels for tours . Even thou the tours were broken into 2 or 3 days we were never with the same people so got to meet lots of different people . Places visited Hanoi , Halong Bay, Sapa, Hoi An, My Son, Ho Chi Mingh, Chi Chi Tunnels . Most meals were included & were top meals Thank you Miss Lee from Go Asia as she coordinated the whole trip .
