I wasn't really keep about doing a tour but am so glad we did. We did the 10 day South to North trip which included Halong Bay. We couldn't be happier. It went like clockwork and no one was more surprised than me. I mean, this is Asia. We were met at every stop by a sign with my name on it and we opted for the 3 star hotels, which were always air coned, always very central and the staff always knew we were coming and treated us like 5 star. We also opted for the train to Hanoi where we shared with a beautiful Vietnamese family. The local guides were all good too. The overnight in Halong Bay was also terrific. Actually we loved Go Asia so much that as soon as the trip finished, we booked the Sapa trip for the next day. Which was great too. We booked a day trip tour to Ha Long Bay through this travel agency via our hotel and was very lucky to have chosen it. Sunny, our tour guide was very friendly and approachable and did his best to explain the history of Vietnam and our tour program. He kept the group organized, informed and entertained. Everything was smooth from the time they fetched us from our Hotel to boarding the boat and coming back to Hanoi. We just had 2 weeks in Vietnam organised by the fabulous Nguyen Thi Thu Nga at Go Asia Travel. The experience from start to finish was amazing. Wow what an experience. From the very start Ms Nga Nyugen was totally professional and a great communicator. For the money on a recent Scoopon deal, this was an experience impossible to beat. All the hotels were great, staff were friendly and attentive, included food was superb, all transfers and pickups were on time. Great attractions, overnight Halong Bay cruise was sublime, Cu Chi Tunnels were amazing and Hanoi was a real eye opener, especially crossing the road! We had a brilliant time and will be back ASAP and will book through Go Asia again. For anyone in Australia wondering if its too good to be true, its not. If you can handle the frenetic pace of Asia, you will have a great time and for far less money than a short holiday at home. You will struggle to get used to paying Aussie prices when you get used to $1 for a cold beer at a bar or $4-5 to eat a good meal at a restaurant. 5 stars. Visited May 2015

We have just returned from an amazing tour of Vietnam, which was organised by Ms Nga Nguyen of Go Asia Travel. We were so happy with every aspect of our trip. Ms Nguyen arranged airport pickups, domestic flights, group tours, most of our meals and booked beautiful hotels for us to stay in. An amazing experience! Being for the first time in Asia, we were a little bit concerned. But it turned out to be the best choice ever. Go Asia are very professionals in what they are doing. Everything was spot on, no delays, no change of plans. All the hotels and locations were exactly like they were presented to us. Lovely staff, very helpful and happy people. All the tour guides had very good english and good knowledge (Trung, John Wayne...we love guys). We've been to Halong Bay, Hanoi, Hoi An, Ho Chin Min City, Siem Rip. It was the best holiday ever!
