Miss Ruby from Go Asia has been the most helpful travel agent. I emailed Miss Ruby about 10 months before I was travelling to book a tour wonderful tour to Sapa. Miss Ruby was so helpful and efficient that I also booked a fantastic trip on the Alova Gold cruise to Halong Bay with her company. I asked many questions via email over the 10 months and Miss Ruby was always professional & helpful. She provided answers and offered information. The standard of the tours, busses & accommodation through Go Asia is of very good three star quality. All was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much Miss Ruby for making our time in Hanoi an enjoyable stay.

My son and I took 14 days tour but added 6 extra days. We stayed 1 to 2 days extra in certain part of the trip so that we get to enjoy and relax more in those areas. With these added time, we didn't feel like were always rushing but more relaxed throughout the trip. We had a combination of travel through Airline, train, boat, and bus throughout the trip which made it more interesting. Got to experience and see a different view of the countryside. Mr. Martin and Ms. Nga, planned the trip very well for us with no worries. The hotel accommodation was excellent. The people at the hotel was great and very helpful and nice. The trip overall was great!

I spent 9 days in Vietnam in December 2015 and two days in January 2016. Vietnam was my 49th country to visit. I have to honestly say that the tour that Go Asia Travel, specifically Mrs. Nancy, organized was one of the best, if not the best I have ever done. I was very impressed with pretty much everything, especially the organization. Mrs. Nancy has always been prompt with answering my e-mails, getting the visa approval letter and she checked (called my hotel room) several time during my trip to ask me whether everything was ok with the hotel room, tours, etc. The tours were very well run and organized. The guides asked whether people on the tours had any specific dietary preferences to make sure food was prepared accordingly. This was important to me since I have been a vegetarian for more than 30 years. Everyone I dealt with, whether from Go Asia Travel, hotel staff and/or people on the streets, were extremely polite, kind and warm. Vietnam is definitely a super destination for travelers. In fact, I am seriously considering returning there this coming summer. I would like to go to Sapa. Sapa is a region where the Vietnamese grow rice. When I was there this past time, it was not a rice season. Yet, the place was gorgeous. Thus, I would like to see it one more time in full rice growing season. On the last day of my trip, as I was leaving to the airport, everybody, the front door person, the front desk staff, etc. went outside to say goodbye (this only happened to me in South Africa, prior to visit Vietnam). Each of them asked me whether I will every return to Vietnam.

We very much enjoyed this day trip and would certainly recommend it and our guide Hieu (Nick) to anyone staying in Hanoi. We chose this trip on the recommendation of our hotel as an alternative (less crowded) to visiting perfume pagoda. Go Asia travel and our guide Hieu came as an unexpected pleasant surprise! Our guide kept us entertained during the bus ride with a humorous approach to teaching us Vietnamese basic language skills and a very interesting summary of Vietnamese history pickled with snippets of facts about modern Vietnamese life. The bus was a typical Vietnamese size (narrow seats) and the road was a little bumpy in places but our driver was excellent and our guide kept everyone suitably distracted during the ride. The visit to the temple, the boat ride on the river past working rice fields and the mountains followed by the cycle ride in the countryside were indescribably beautiful - and it felt like a in-land version of Ha Long Bay! Lunch was good (clearly the best the town had to offer). Thanks to our guide the whole trip felt very relaxed and well organized and his local knowledge was evident. All in all a great experience.

I would recommend this trip. Hieu, our guide was excellent. He gave a lot of information about Vietnam and it's history. It is a long bus journey and we did get caught in a traffic jam unfortunately but Halong Bay is beautiful. The cruise was very good and the food excellent. The trip in the smaller bamboo craft took us closer to the Karst features and our rower was lovely. Everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful. A long but excellent trip.

I would highly recommend this tour. It provided a great introduction to Vietnam with the perfect amount of time in each city (although it can be arranged in advance to spend longer in a particular place if desired). It really took a lot of pressure off having our trip organised for us with great accomodation, transfers and day tours, while still having plenty of flexibility! The location and quality of the three hotels we stayed in was great. We really enjoyed the tour of Halong Bay and the Cu Chi Tunnels. We found the day at My Son a bit long and tiring, but My Son itself was good to see. We skipped the Mekong Delta day trip.
Ms Nancy provided exceptional customer service which really made aspects of our trip easy to arrange. Any time we had a question or issue Ms Nancy was easy to contact and extremely helpful!

This tour was fantastic, superior accomodation, excellent service and friendly tour guides. It meant an easy transfer to each hotel and sights. The food and restaurants included were amazing and plentiful. Highlight for our kids (14&12), they said 'the whole lot'. Plenty of scope to tailor different places/extra days. Great for our family.

My sister and I recently had a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, organised by Go Asia travel. Anthony Tran was our 'go to' man and he was amazing. He answered all our anxious queries before departing from New Zealand and we need not have worried about anything. Everything was organised just as planned and if we wanted to deviate from the plan this was easily done. The hotels we stayed at were great and the day tours all really interesting. The very best part for me was meeting such wonderful local people, those working at the hotels, guiding and running local eateries and shops. A highlight was meeting Anthony and being able to thank him for his wonderful management of our trip. Go Asia tours are highly recommended by me!
