Wow what an experience. From the very start Ms Nga Nyugen was totally professional and a great communicator. For the money on a recent Scoopon deal, this was an experience impossible to beat. All the hotels were great, staff were friendly and attentive, included food was superb, all transfers and pickups were on time. Great attractions, overnight Halong Bay cruise was sublime, Cu Chi Tunnels were amazing and Hanoi was a real eye opener, especially crossing the road! We had a brilliant time and will be back ASAP and will book through Go Asia again. For anyone in Australia wondering if its too good to be true, its not. If you can handle the frenetic pace of Asia, you will have a great time and for far less money than a short holiday at home. You will struggle to get used to paying Aussie prices when you get used to $1 for a cold beer at a bar or $4-5 to eat a good meal at a restaurant. 5 stars. Visited May 2015

We just had 2 weeks in Vietnam organised by the fabulous Nguyen Thi Thu Nga at Go Asia Travel. The experience from start to finish was amazing. The help provided from the very beginning in organising our trip was brilliant. Everything we wanted was provided, every question answered and the trip so much fun. We'd never visited Asia so weren't sure what to expect and this trip made it perfect we are definitely coming back. If you have ever thought about visiting Vietnam or SE Asia but aren't sure what to expect do yourself a favour and call Go Asia. They will take care of everything and make you feel so at home. We've just finished an 11 day tour of Vietnam courtesy of Go Asia Travel. It was a tour package that we bought on line. We made the following changes to the package: 1. With Go Asia's help, we added on a few extra days in Hanoi at the start; and an extra day in Ho Chi Minh City at the end; 2. We upgraded some of the components of the tour - eg. we changed the Halong Bay overnight cruise from a 3 star to a 4 star cruise; and we changed the train trip from Hanoi to Hoi An to a flight. 3. We added on additional day and half day trips, with help from Go Asia. All in all, we couldn't have been more happier with Go Asia, and in particular Ms Lee, who was our contact person. Everything went so smoothly, nothing was a problem - we couldn't fault the service at all. What we did find interesting was that we thought we would be on a tour with a number of other people. In fact, the size of the tour group was our only worry heading over there. But in reality that's not the case. In effect what Go Asia do is organise your trip and itinerary - they organise the hotels; pick up and drop off from airports and hotels; and pick and drop off on day trips. Most of these pick ups and drops off were just us. The only exception was that there were other people (from all sorts of sources) on most of day tours. Often we found that these other people had to pay extra for things such as entrance tickets and lunches, whilst Go Asia had already prepaid ours. Talk about hassle free ... and being made to feel special. Aside from one other couple (who we realised were doing the same itinerary as us, once we met up with them again in Hoi An), we didn't meet anyone else on "the trip". So if you're worried about tour group sizes, then you don't need to be with this sort of package. We will definitely be using Go Asia Travel again for our Asian adventures!! Visited May 2015

My self my partner and another couple actually ended up spotted a go asia 10 Day tour on groupon, and after reading there top trip advisor review went for it and we weren't disappointed. Our tour was organised by Ms Nguyen Thu Nga. Who from the start of r book was so helpful and professional. The 10 day tour itself was brilliant Hanoi, halong bay, Hoi Ann and Hoi Chi Minh. We were collected from the airport and had all r hotels transport and day trip sorted all top quality and excellent. Nga contacted the hotel the first evening we arrive to make sure we were okay and the meet up with us a few days in to make sure we were happy with everything, which we were. I would like to Thank Nga for the amazing trip and wish it wasn't over, and we will definitely be using go asia again and have recommended it to several friend and family who after hearing about r trip now want to go

I have to open this with the confession that we don't ordinarily book travel via tour companies -- we almost invariably prefer to do all our own bookings and arrangements. However with a holiday spanning 3 weeks and multiple cities in Vietnam and Cambodia we decided to explore our options, and found Go Asia and asked them to quote an itinerary for us. We found the cost to be quite reasonable, and going this route would allow us to completely relax and let someone else "do the driving". We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Go Asia, and more specifically with Martin. He listened to our needs and made wise and helpful suggestions for us to get the most of our trip. He handled all aspects for us -- hotels, transfers, and domestic travel (air and train). At every juncture we felt relaxed and cared for -- exactly what one would hope for on holiday. Both the tour selection and selection of hotels hit the mark for us. I guess the best indicator of how pleased we are with all that Martin and Go Asia did for us is that we have already discussed recommending him and Go Asia for my in-laws when they're ready (can't get on the wrong side of the in-laws!). We booked a 13 day tour from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City then Siem Reap, Ms Lee was our patient, knowledgable and professional contact. She gave us some excellent suggestions in planning our trip and quickly responded to all our questions The tour was so reasonably priced that I had reservations about it. Luckily my concerns were in vain. We were met by a guide at every stop, they were always friendly, knowledgable and professional. All the hotels we stayed at were above the standard we had anticipated. This is the first time we have been on this type of holiday. I would recommend it to you. As independent travellers we were thrilled with the 'luxury' of arriving at an airport to find someone smilingly waiting for us, with out name on a sign. All costs, except for some meals and personal purchases, had been paid in advance which meant we did not have to check hotel accounts and we knew in advance what the trip would cost, a great way to travel with an excellent company. The hotels were great and everything worked out so well. We thought being vegetarian could be a problem but he had arranged this as well so there was no fuss. We as a family took a first time trip to Vietnam from Sydney, Australia. We booked the Halong bay cruise at the Hanoi airport, Plenty of information was provided at the airport booking counter. As we did not know much about Go Asia Travel, we booked only one day tour with them. To our surprise everything was excellent. Our tour guide Mr.Cao Kim Kien provided lot of information on the way. He also gave overview of Vietnamese culture. That was excellent. He also explained why the houses in Hanoi are narrow. Cruise was excellent with good food. They served excellent vegetarian food as we are vegetarians. Mr Kien entertained with good humour and we will never forget the tour as he bid farewell to the group by singing a song also( in French). We were so impressed we booked two more days of tour with Go Asia Travel for Perfume Pagoda and Hao Lu. All the tours were excellent.
